Have you met "Sunshine-Jack"?

Have you ever met one of those people who doesn`t seem to notice a bad/negative atmosphere?
They can just stroll into a room, without any concern, and start talking about whatever is on their mind at the moment?
There can be three other people already in the room that have spent the last fifteen minutes talking about a tragic event, a worrying thought that they all share or maybe a serious issue that one of them are experiencing and in comes "Sunshine-Jack" ready to take the stage.

Gosh, I do belive that a lot of us really doesn`t like his apearance at that very moment?

The atmosphere in the room can become very strange at that very moment,  since "Sunshine-Jack" doesn`t get infected at all with the negativity. He wont even notice until it`s totally obvious that he interrupted a groupsession for negativity, in most cases that will mean that he will have to adapt to the atmosphere and he might stop being "Sunshine-Jack" and instead turn into "Raincloud-Jack".

Negative vibes infects others without a doubt.
On the other hand, so does positive vibes.
Have you ever been around a person that smiles a lot? You know that kind of smile that is totally genuine and that stays there no matter what is going on around that person? Thats infectious too. If you are having a bad day and you have to spend some time in the close surroundings of a person with such a smile there is a high risk that your issues wont feel as heavy anymore, you might even start smiling yourself. Even if there isnt anything really to smile about.
And it`s not only the smile that will be contagious, the feelings of that smile will also start spreading within us. That smile on our lips, will trick our brain into beliving (after a while) that we actually are happy.

So, are you having a rough day today?
Maybe you are just having a hard time to find positive things around  you at the moment? Well, I have a challenge for you;

Go and stand in front of a mirror and smile for 30 seconds. Yes, it`s totally ok if your smile is faked. Look at your smile and hold out for 30 seconds and it will, most likely, change your day to something better.

It`s totally free, the thought itself might casue a smile as well since many of us can feel a bit silly doing it but as I said; It`s a challenge!

Tell me afterwards how your experience was? To reinforce it you can do it several times a day. Let`s start to push our thoughts onto "Good vibes-road".

Have a great day now!
